This Privacy Policy describes how HSR Utility ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application Pakiza ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your phone number (used for authentication via Firebase Phone Auth) or basic profile information if you sign in with Google (name, email address, profile photo).
App Data
We store data you generate within the App, including saved favourites, in-app preferences, and custom settings. This is stored securely in Firebase and linked to your account.
Usage & Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This includes information such as your device type, operating system version, language, app version, and which features you use. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
Push Notification Tokens
If you enable push notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token associated with your account. This is used solely to send you relevant in-app notifications and is deleted when you delete your account or disable notifications.
Crash Reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive anonymised crash reports to identify and fix bugs. These reports contain device state at the time of a crash but do not include personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Your Information

- — To sync your favourites and preferences across devices (when signed in).
- — To send push notifications relevant to the App (only if you have enabled them).

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
Google Firebase
Authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorised access. No security measure is 100% guaranteed, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- — Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
- — Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
