account & data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from our apps at any time. This action is irreversible.

How to delete your account
Send an email to support@hsrutility.com with the subject line:
Include the phone number or Google account email associated with your Pakiza account so we can locate and verify your data.
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account — phone number or Google account link
- In-app favourites, saved wallpapers, and custom preferences
- Analytics identifiers (Firebase Analytics)
- Push notification tokens (FCM)
- All locally cached app data, upon uninstalling the app
What We Must Retain
Anonymised, aggregated analytics
14 monthsAlready anonymous — cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
Anonymised crash logs
90 daysFor error tracking only; contains no personal identifiers after account deletion.
What data Pakiza stores
A breakdown of the personal data collected by the app.
Pakiza
Phone number or Google account info (authentication), saved favourites, in-app preferences, analytics identifiers, push notification token.
